about me
Registered Nutritionist, DipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC
Throughout my life I’ve suffered from poor immune health, and bouts of anxiety and depression which, at times, have had a huge impact on my quality of life. Partnered with a heavy reliance on antibiotics and a lack of self care I hit a turning point in my life in my 30’s where I knew I needed to take care of myself, my health and my mind and I was seeking information about holistic solutions. Finding results through my own research into nutrition inspired me to want to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist to help empower others with this knowledge to take control of their own health.
Becoming a mum layered on a whole host of new health challenges for me; breastfeeding struggles, odd aches and pains, new mum anxiety, plus sleep deprivation! I always feel like I’m in a constant battle trying to juggle looking after myself and my family but I have realised that I need to give myself permission to put myself first in order to help my whole family thrive. My journey through motherhood has made me feel really passionate about working with other mums and supporting their health through the challenges of parenthood.
